Flowering Gum
We acknowledge the Wiradjuri people traditional owners of Country in of Central NSW and their elders both past and present. In the Wiradjuri language an unidentified gum tree is called a giin (pronounced Gee-N) or gin (pronounced G-In)
Gum tree is a colloquial name for Eucalyptus trees in Australia. The gum trees with red flowers are called Red Flowering Gums and they originate from South-West WA.
